Many people are denied not because they lack potential, but because they were never shown how lenders evaluate financial readiness. Our goal is to provide education, guidance, and strategies that help people strengthen their financial profile and position themselves for success.
Meet the Founder
Financial Readiness Consulting was founded by Deneill Mayes, a retired Army veteran with over 23 years of service and extensive experience in logistics management, records management, and financial documentation.
Throughout the years, Deneill frequently helped family members and friends better understand their financial situations, correct credit issues, and prepare for important financial goals. As she saw the positive impact these conversations and strategies had on others—as well as in her own financial journey—she realized that many people simply lack access to clear financial guidance and education.
What began as helping those closest to her soon grew into a passion for helping others strengthen their financial habits, build discipline, and better prepare for opportunities such as homeownership, credit approvals, and long-term financial stability.
Today, through Financial Readiness Consulting, Deneill is committed to helping individuals and families gain the knowledge and confidence needed to take control of their financial future and move closer to financial freedom.
